How Do We Work?

We have 3 Different Options For You

Every Day:

•You tell us places that you’d like us to go every day without you needing to call us. 

oYour Lab: We’ll be there at the same time each day to bring you work we’ve collected from your dentists and to pick up the cases ready to go out.

oYour Dentists:  We’ll be there at the same time each day to bring them work and collect anything they have going back to your lab.

oTwice-A-Days:  If you have a dentist who gives you a lot of work, and you’d like us to stop by twice-a-day, we’d be happy to do that!  Or, if you’d like for us to stop by your lab twice-a-day, we can do that as well.

On Call:

•You call us when you have a pick-up, and we’ll take care of it! 

oYour Lab:  When you have cases you want delivered, call us, and we’ll be there!

oYour Dentists:  When your dentists have work for you, they call your lab, and you simply let us know to go get it. 

oYour Return Work:  You can have us come to your lab any time that we have work coming to you from a dentist.

Combination:

•You can have some stops set up as Every Days and others as On Call

Pricing:

We can charge Per Stop or Per Package or Flat Rate- You Choose!

Per Package:

1. • You pay a flat fee for each package we deliver. 
   

2. • You pay a flat fee for each package we pick up.
   

Per Stop:

•What if I have 15 cases ready to go from my lab when your driver gets here?

oYou still pay for just one stop!

•What if I have a delivery and a pick-up for a dentist?

oYou still pay for just one stop!

•What if I have 3 cases going to the same dentist?

oYou still pay for just one stop!

Flat Rate:

•What if I would prefer a flat rate each month, so I can plan for my delivery costs?

oNo problem, we’ll set up a flat monthly fee for you based on the amount of work you have.
